Stacey J. Mobley has retired from his post as senior vice president, general counsel, and chief administrative officer of DuPont. Mr. Mobley joined the DuPont Legal Department in 1972 as an attorney, and was named a senior vice president in 1992. He has served as general counsel and chief administrative officer since 1999, and has held leadership positions in DuPont Legal, Government Affairs, and External Affairs throughout his career. As a member of the Office of the Chief Executive, he has responsibility for strategic direction and operations of all the company’s businesses. Mr. Mobley has served in leadership roles for many philanthropic, educational, and policy organizations, including Howard University, the NAACP, and the U.S. Conference of Mayors. Mr. Mobley earned a B.S. degree from the Howard University School of Pharmacy, and a J.D. degree from the Howard University School of Law.
