Shari Klevens is the co-chair of Dentons US global Insurance sector team, a member of the Firm’s leadership team, and a litigator who handles an array of claims involving allegations of breach of professional and fiduciary duties. Shari’s clients include some of the most prestigious and established law firms, attorneys, insurance companies, and businesses in the country. She has deep experience advising on and fighting claims of breach of fiduciary and other professional duties, legal malpractice, and ethical violations. In addition, she handles general commercial cases as well as trademark and copyright infringement cases. Shari writes widely on professional ethical considerations and practical procedures for lawyers in bi-weekly legal updates that appear in several regional legal publications and the National Law Journal. She co-authored Georgia Legal Malpractice Law; California Legal Malpractice Law; and The Lawyer’s Handbook: Ethics Compliance and Claim Avoidance. Shari serves on the Law360 Insurance Editorial Advisory Board. She earned her JD (with honors) from George Washington University School of Law. Shari was named to the 2012 Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll.
