Rodney G. Moore has joined Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, as a shareholder in the Atlanta office and a member of the business litigation department. Mr. Moore has represented Fortune 500 companies and public agencies in major litigation, including class actions alleging unfair business practices and constitutional violations. As part of his labor and employment practice, he assists management throughout the United States in responding to claims in all areas of employment law. He served as president of the National Bar Association from 2008 to 2009. Mr. Moore earned his B.A. from the University of Washington, and his J.D. from the University of Santa Clara School of Law.
