Robin Nunn is a partner and co-leader of the supervision, enforcement, and litigation group at Davis Wright Tremaine. Ms. Nunn has a full-scope practice that handles regulatory, enforcement, litigation, and transactional matters. Her practice includes counseling clients on consumer regulatory matters, particularly representing companies in legal counseling, regulatory proceedings, and defending corporate and individual clients in matters initiated by federal and state government regulators, as well as in litigation and internal investigations. Ms. Nunn also maintains an active pro bono practice and was selected to be on the DC Access to Justice Commission’s Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll. Ms. Nunn is a passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and was selected to be DWT’s first LCLD Fellow and a member of DWT’s Future Leaders program. Ms. Nunn is active in the ABA’s Business Law Section, where she is Vice-chair of the Consumer Financial Services Committee D&I Task Force as well as the Banking Law Committee’s D&I Task Force. The honors bestowed on Ms. Nunn for her work in diversity and pro bono representation include the Equal Justice Works Fellow Award, The University of Chicago Law School Pro Bono Award, and the Dartmouth College Senior Fellowship Award for a novella she wrote entitled Women Warriors on the Kenya Kikuyu Women’s role in the Mau Mau Movement of the 1950’s. Ms. Nunn received her B.A. from Dartmouth College and J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School, where she was a member of The University of Chicago Law Review.
