Nathalie Le Ngoc is Senior Counsel, Global Labor & Employment at Salesforce.com. She was previously VP, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate at Salesforce.org, a public benefit enterprise that provides best-in-class technology to social impact organizations. She began her practice at Littler Mendelson, where she advised corporate clients on a broad spectrum of labor and employment issues and represented clients from the administrative agency stage throughout all phases of litigation.
Nathalie serves on the Board of Directors for the Asian American Bar Association (AABA) of the Greater Bay Area, and previously served as Co-Chair of AABA’s In-House Committee. She also served as Co-Chair of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley’s (APABA-SV) Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Nathalie has worked on pro bono matters with Bay Area Legal Aid, Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights, and is also a regular volunteer with San Francisco Unified School District. She has been invited to speak on a variety of topics regarding labor and employment law, in-house legal practice, and diversity and inclusion. Nathalie received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.
