Leslie Richards-Yellen has joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP as partner and the firm’s first Diversity Partner. Ms. Richards-Yellen brings her extensive experience as a bond attorney as well as her diversity leadership and training skills to the firm. As Diversity Partner, Ms. Richards- Yellen will be responsible for implementing firm-wide diversity initiatives along with the firm’s Diversity Committee Chair and other members. Ms. Richards-Yellen will also develop best practices and support recruitment efforts for the firm. Ms. Richards- Yellen concentrates her practice in the public finance arena. She has worked as inhouse counsel and in private practice, and has facilitated bond deals throughout the nation.
