Kenny R. Tatum has been named the Director of Lateral Recruiting and Diversity Strategy for Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC. Based in the firm’s Atlanta, GA, office, Mr. Tatum oversees the firm’s lateral recruiting efforts, and will work with the firm’s diversity committee to implement and execute the firm’s diversity initiatives. Prior to joining Womble Carlyle, Mr. Tatum was the vice president of diversity recruiting and consulting with Cambridge Professional Group in Atlanta. He also was the founder and owner of Diversity Legal Recruiting, Inc., a national legal recruiting company specializing in recruiting diverse attorneys for large law firms and corporate legal departments. He earned his B.A. from Morehouse College, and his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law.
