Kendrick Chow has been named a partner in the corporate department of the Boston office of Ropes & Gray. With broad corporate transactional experience, Chow specializes in structuring and negotiating mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations for corporate and private equity clients, as well as providing general corporate representation of both public and private companies.
Chow first joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department as an associate in 1994, and left in 1998 to found and run an internet start-up company in New York City. He rejoined the firm in 2000.
Chow graduated from Tufts University magna cum laude, and earned his juris doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was Law Review editor and graduated cum laude.
