Kali Patrice understands that relationships and image are the keys to successful businesses and individuals. Kali’s definition of “image as the external representation of an internal state of being” has empowered her and the teams she leads to harness the transformational power of image communication for decades. Kali applies 25 years of experience as a consultant, advisor, marketer and entrepreneur to bring people and projects together to enhance individuals and organizations – helping them be more strategic, creative and goal-oriented in order to achieve successful outcomes.

Kali launched the Image Studios, Chicago’s first brand and image communication firm in 2000 out of a commitment to helping women and people of color thrive within corporate America. She paired her Carnegie Mellon chemical engineering degree with experience in R&D, marketing and sales, to build a company that teaches people, teams and organizations how to be seen, heard and understood.

Kali’s unique blend of talent and experience made her a sought-after business start-up consultant and advisor. This combined with Kali’s interest in economic empowerment of underserved and underrepresented populations, gave her the fortuitous opportunity to launch six ventures in under three years. Five of the companies on her start-up list exist and service women and/or communities of color today.

Kali’s work has been featured by ABC, FOX, WGN, the Chicago Sun-Times, Chicago Tribune, Redbook, Where and Crain’s Chicago Business. She is actively involved in mentoring and community programs that support urban youth and women in STEM. Kali was honored as the WBE Entrepreneurial Woman of the Year Rising Star and she is co-author of the book 171 Tips to Get You Noticed for All the Right Reasons. She works from Los Angeles, loves to cook and travel and she calls the world “home.”
