Joyce Haag has been promoted to senior vice president and general counsel of Eastman Kodak Company. Previously, Haag was general counsel, Europe, Asia, and Middle Eastern Region (EAMER). Haag joined Kodak in 1981 as a staff attorney from the Rochester law firm of Boylan, Brown, Code, Vigdor & Wilson. She was elected assistant secretary in 1992 and secretary of the company in 1995. She also served as director of the Marketing, Antitrust, Trademark & Litigation Group.
Haag has a B.A. in mathematics from Mount Holyoke College, and earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School, graduating cum laude.
