Minority Media and Telecom Council
Joseph Miller is the Minority Media and Telecom Council’s Earl K. Moore Fellow. He is one of a handful of communications lawyers with major market, radio, and television operational experience. His broadcast experience has spanned the gamut, from beginning his career answering request lines to his current role practicing communications law and working to promote diversity and equal opportunity in media and telecom. Prior to his fellowship and becoming a lawyer, he worked in advertising sales, production, and music research at five New York City-based radio stations and one major television network. He is also a trained musician. He earned a B.S. in Mass Communications from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh, and his J.D. from New York Law School.
