Ginger Wilson, founder and managing principal of legalQuest LLC, has opened Chicago’s first and only minority- and women-owned full-service legal staffing firm. LegalQuest LLC specializes in the temporary and direct-hire placement of attorneys and paralegals with law firms and corporate law departments.

With nine years of experience in legal placement, Wilson’s clients have included many AmLaw 100 firms, Fortune 500 corporations, and government agencies. She began her career as a tax attorney and certified public accountant.

Wilson is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Black Women Lawyers’ Association. She serves on the boards of Scholarship Chicago and the Institute of Women Today. She is also a member of the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools Alumni Advisory Committee.

A graduate of Wellesley College, Wilson earned a juris doctorate and a master’s in business administration from the University of Michigan.
