Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Drema Kalajian has been named executive vice president and general counsel of GMAC Commercial Finance LLC. Kalajian, who has been on the GM/GMAC legal staff for 19 years, will be the chief legal officer for the organization and all of its subsidiaries.
Kalajian has extensive experience in labor and employment law, as well as product liability and product regulation. Her most recent responsibilities for GMAC were the supervision of employment matters for all of GMAC and its subsidiaries.
Kalajian earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from University of Detroit Mercy.
