General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Don Liu has been named general counsel and corporate secretary of Xerox Corporation. He was also elected a senior vice president of the corporation. Liu will oversee the legal affairs of the corporation, including legal counsel, litigation, and patent acquisition. He will also manage the regulatory requirements and meeting processes for the company’s board of directors, and lead Xerox’s government-related and public policy activities on domestic and international affairs. Previously, Liu served for with Toll Brothers as senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate compliance officer. Liu serves as a board member of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and Mercy Health Systems.
