Ulteig has appointed Charles Inokon to serve as the electrical transmission and distribution company’s senior vice president and general counsel. He will lead the company’s legal department, with responsibility for the creation and execution of enterpriselevel legal strategies, as well as management of the legal risks associated with the company’s business operations. Mr. Inokon previously served as associate general counsel and corporate secretary for U.S. Foodservice. Prior to that, he was an associate in the Washington, D.C., offices of DLA Piper and White & Case LLP. He earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he served as editor for the Cornell Law Review, and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
