Position: Litigation Associate (WDC)

Description: Seyfarth Shaw LLP, an international law firm with more than 900 attorneys, has an exciting opportunity in our Washington, DC office for a Litigation Associate with at least 4 years of experience in commercial litigation in the financial services and health care industries. Successful candidates will have a combination of experience, including consumer financial services litigation and mortgage related disputes, and insurance defense matters in the health care industry. Strong litigation experience with drafting dispositive motions and supporting memoranda, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating at trials is required.
