Description: Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading international law firms, seeks to hire a highly qualified mid-level associate with comparable law firm experience to join our Labor & Employment Practice in the New York office.
The Morgan Lewis Labor & Employment practitioners help employers around the world navigate the constantly changing landscape of global, US, state, and local laws and regulations that govern the workplace. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment litigation, including running single-plaintiff cases, working on class-action lawsuits, briefing motions, handling discovery, depositions and oral arguments, and counseling clients with respect to employment issues. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, organization, writing, and analytical skills.
