Position: Tax Associate (2-5 years of experience)

Description: Our expanding Tax Practice Group has an opening for a tax associate with 2-5 years of tax experience. We prefer candidates who have experience handling a broad variety of federal, state and local tax matters. Ideally, a candidate would have experience with startup tax issues, including qualified small business stock. Knowledge of general corporate law and M&A transactions is beneficial. Tax LL.M. preferred. This position may be based in any of Hanson Bridgett’s five offices with the ability to work remotely.
