Practice Description:

Qualifications: Experience in corporate and/or finance transactions required. Background in structured finance and securitization a plus but not a requirement. We are looking for someone with a strong academic background and excellent deal execution and drafting skills. A successful candidate would be a self-starter who can take ownership of projects and who will also be a team player and able to interact effectively with clients.
