Company: Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP
Position: Litigation Mid-Level Associate
Location: Boston, MA

Description: Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading international law firms, seeks to hire a highly qualified mid-level associate with law firm experience to join our litigation practice in the Boston office.

Practice Description:
Morgan Lewis’s Litigation Practice consists of close to 1,000 litigators across the firm’s 31 domestic and international offices. The core team includes leading courtroom lawyers, as well as former general counsel and associate counsel to some of the world’s most sophisticated financial institutions and companies.

We are fortunate to have a number of former high-ranking government prosecutors and lawyers whose experience, insight, and credibility are invaluable in helping clients navigate complicated investigations, litigation, and regulatory matters. We handle litigation and trials of all sizes and complexity in virtually every jurisdiction, nationally and globally, and clients frequently call upon us to act as national and international trial and coordinating counsel in large, complex matters. A significant part of our practice is devoted to steering clients clear of costly litigation through risk avoidance counseling or aggressive negotiation of disputes. However, when trial is unavoidable, we represent our clients in all state, federal, and appellate courts, up to and including the U.S. Supreme Court.
