The successful applicant must:

  • Have three to four years of relevant litigation and patent prosecution experience in the monoclonal antibody space, along with a Ph.D. in a life sciences area.
  • Possess excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Patent bar membership (USPTO Registration Number) required.
  • Philadelphia bar membership preferred.
