Description: The Richmond office of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate for the Healthcare Department.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have 2 – 7 years of regulatory or healthcare transactional experience. Prior employment in a sophisticated law firm environment and transactional healthcare experience in particular is favored. Excellent academic credentials and solid writing skills are required.
