Position: eDiscovery and Litigation Support Attorney
Location: Nashville, TN

Description: The Nashville office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz seeks an attorney with 2 or more years of litigation or eDiscovery or document review experience to join its eDiscovery, Document Review and Investigation Services Department. The attorney will work closely with attorneys, staff, eDiscovery vendor project managers, IT personnel, and contract attorney vendors to deliver value to clients. They will manage day to day eDiscovery support needs of assigned cases: consultation, data preservation, collection, processing, document review tool administration, production, fact development, and project documentation, and coordinate with outside vendors in document review tool administration and project support matters, including scoping and pricing projects. They will be expected to implement protocols for large-scale document reviews, including quality control measures, and processes and procedures around Baker Donelson’s LeanDiscovery™ methodology.

Qualifications: Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence and an affinity or aptitude for technology and process improvement are sought to assume responsibility in fast-paced and changing environment. The attorney should have a strong understanding of information technology fundamentals (email systems, network storage, cloud storage, structured data systems, and secure file transfer) as well as experience using and supporting at least two of the following eDiscovery tools: Relativity, Logikcull, Everlaw, and DISCO. Tennessee law license required or candidate must be able to take the Tennessee Bar and obtain license promptly.
