The successful applicant must:
- Have at least 3-5 years of transactional (M&A) and general corporate law experience, with experience in private equity transactions being desired.
- Possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, research, writing, and analytical skills. We value collegiality and diversity among our lawyers and seek to make the practice both professionally and personally rewarding.
