Description: This is an exciting opportunity to join the Cisco Product Legal team directly supporting the Cisco Security Business Group. Cisco Security provides security solutions to protect our customers’ networks, cloud environments, endpoints and email through a unifying platform, the Cisco Security Cloud. We are seeking a fun teammate, excited to join a highly cohesive and collegial product counsel team, and hungry to dive into a wide variety of work to help drive the business forward. We’re looking for a naturally curious, motivated self-starter.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent business judgment, advocating for acceptable legal risk to enable business outcomes;
  • Customer and client-centric approach, with a strong sense of ownership in implementing legal deliverables in a timely manner;
  • Strong writing, with the ability to discuss complex issues in a clear and simple manner both in writing and orally;
  • Focused attention to detail and ability to work independently but not afraid to ask for help when needed;
  • Strong organizational skills; and
  • Experience and familiarity with data privacy and cybersecurity laws.

Your Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bar admission in any jurisdiction with good standing, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant product counseling or comparable experience.
