Qualifications:This position will be focused on the preparation of responses to administrative agency fair employment practices charges. The ideal candidate will have state and federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) agency experience and a background in employment law. Prior human resources experience is a preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will also have excellent academic credentials, organizational, and analytical skills. We assign high-quality, interesting work to our alternative track associates as we do other associates and apply our same high expectations for excellence. This position offers reduced billable-hour goals, flexibility in work schedule, and limited non-billable requirements. It is ideal for lawyers who do not want to forego engaging, challenging work due to a need for a more flexible work schedule or who are looking to receive hands-on experience and training. Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey bar membership is required.
