Global TEC Forum
April 6, 2020 | San Francisco, CA – Canceled
At MCCA, nothing is more important than the health and safety of our members, sponsors, employees and guests. Over the past few weeks, we have been closely monitoring the quickly evolving situation regarding the Coronavirus. In recent days, it has gone from an outbreak to a pandemic per experts and we are taking every precaution to ensure that our community is protected.
After careful consideration, we have decided to cancel the Global TEC Forum scheduled to take place in San Francisco at the Salesforce Tower on Monday, April 6, 2020. We were looking forward to connecting with everyone and to learn about how the technology industry is leading to improve diversity in our profession. We look forward to connecting with you in the future at our Creating Pathways to Diversity Conference and Diversity Gala in New York City on October 26-28, 2020.
Our thoughts remain with the communities and individuals affected by COVID-19.

Sources of Success
The Sources of Success Program (the “Program”) is a twelve-month professional development program tailored for mid-career women and diverse attorneys from corporate legal departments and law firms. The focus is on identifying successful career strategies and allowing attorneys to develop leadership and management skills, as well as an opportunity for attorneys to find the right mentor to guide their career advancement.
C-Suite Leadership Institute
The C-Suite Leadership Institute is an effort by senior leaders in the legal community to effectively change the landscape of the legal profession at its highest levels, specifically in the C-Suite as general counsel in Fortune 500 companies. The day-long program provides a platform for senior leaders to identify, develop, and promote talented attorneys of color. It is structured with panels, workshops, and individual meetings with influential leaders.
The Equity Track Program was developed to address the lack of diversity within the equity partnership levels at majority law firms as reported by our Law Firm Diversity Survey. It is a twelve-month program that selects ten diverse income partners at major law firms. It is designed to achieve three goals: identify, develop and promote diverse partners to achieve and maintain equity status within their firms.
