We offer a full range of eDiscovery technology and services that cover every component of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model globally. We are well-versed in data privacy laws and regulations and understand the data protection considerations corporations face when US courts require production of documents from parties outside the United States. Our technology team provides data collection, processing, hosting, and production services using state-of-the-art systems. In addition to reactive discovery services, we provide proactive data management, information governance, privacy/cyber security, and discovery readiness counseling to prepare enterprises for efficient and effective responses to discovery demands.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidates will have two or more years of experience in litigation discovery strategy and management, including eDiscovery counseling, project management, data analytics including managing projects using TAR workflows, managing budgets and document review and production experience. A background in counseling and providing substantive legal advice to clients and colleagues on discovery compliance is a plus. Candidates must also possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills.
