We collect and store the Personal Information that you have provided us via on our website or when you otherwise contact us in person, by phone or email, with a question.  We collect your name, email address, and other contact information if you register for our events.  We also collect your name, email address, telephone number, and payment information when you make a donation, either on our website, at our events, over the phone or by mailing in a check.  From time to time, we may collect Personal Information from you in ways not described above.

III. Donor Personal Information

MCCA does not sell, share, trade a donor’s Personal Information with any other entity, nor send mailings on behalf of other organizations.  You may Opt-Out of having your Personal Information shared with us by following the process described in our Right to Opt-In/Opt-Out in our Privacy Policy.

MCCA will collect Personal Information, payment information, billing address, and other information necessary to process a donation or event registration.

MCCA will only use a donor’s Personal Information for purposes necessary to process donations and will not share their Personal Information with others for commercial purposes.  The Personal Information that is provided by a donor through a third-party service provider is governed by such service provider’s privacy policies.

MCCA will use a donor’s Personal Information to protect against potential fraud.  MCCA may verify with the third-party service provider the information collected in the course of processing a donation or event registration.  If you use a credit or debit card on the website, we may use card authorization and fraud screening services to verify that your card information and address matches the information that you supplied to us and that the card being used has not been reported lost or stolen.

MCCA will provide you with the information that we have collected about you.  MCCA will take reasonable steps to protect the security and integrity of all Personal Information provided to us via our Web Site as indicated in the Security section of our Privacy Policy.

IV. Online Donations

MCCA collect a donor’s Personal Information to process donations and to include in MCCA’s mailing list if a donor chooses to provide it.  Personal Information collected for online donations are never sold, rented, or shared with third-party service providers for any purposes.

MCCA reserves the right to change this Donor Privacy Policy from time to time.  When we do, we will note the latest update in our Privacy Policy.
