What is Diversity & the Bar®?
Diversity & the Bar®, a publication of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA), examines issues relating to the recruitment, retention, and promotion of minority attorneys in order to establish inclusiveness in the practice of law.
MCCA was founded in 1997 to advocate for the expanded hiring, retention, and promotion of minority attorneys in corporate law departments and the law firms that serve them. MCCA accomplishes its mission through the collection and dissemination of information about diversity in the legal profession, and Diversity & the Bar® is the signature publication of the association.
How often is Diversity & the Bar® published?
The magazine is published quarterly.
How can I receive Diversity & the Bar®?
MCCA members receive a complimentary subscription to Diversity & the Bar®. To find out more about membership, visit www.mcca.com/membership. Non-members can buy an annual subscription.
