Description: Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading international law firms, seeks to hire a highly qualified junior/mid-level associate to join our Corporate Technology, Outsourcing & Commercial Transactions practice in Philadelphia.

The Morgan Lewis team focuses on innovative technology transactions, including strategic alliances and cloud, robotics and big data deals that involve emerging technologies. We have handled many of the largest, highest-profile outsourcing deals in the market, spanning multiple industries and types of business processes. We assist clients in managing their online presence, from website development, hosting, and maintenance; to privacy and use policies; to data breach and retention issues. We represent clients at all points in the supply and distribution chain.

Ideal candidates will have two to three years experience in technology and/or other complex commercial transactions. A strong background in drafting and negotiating agreements is required. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills.
