Description: Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading international law firms, seeks to hire highly qualified junior and mid-level associates with prior law firm experience to join our Corporate & Business Transactions Practice in our Boston office.

Our Corporate & Business Transactions practice is composed of more than 350 lawyers globally, with approximately 50 CBT professionals resident in Boston. We focus on a broad range of transactional and corporate counseling matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, private equity, venture capital and early-stage companies, securities and capital markets, corporate governance, and outsourcing/commercial transactions.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidates will have at least three years of corporate transactional experience. Experience with M&A, private equity or venture capital/emerging companies is preferred, though not required. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organizational, communication, writing, interpersonal and analytical skills. We value collegiality and diversity among our lawyers and seek to make the practice both professionally and personally rewarding. Massachusetts bar membership is preferred.
