Practice Description:

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in securities regulation, corporate governance and securities exchange matters. Strong experience in securities regulation (particularly, the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and, related thereto, experience in preparing and commenting on Annual Reports on Form 10-K, Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, Current Reports on Form 8-K, Proxy Statements on Schedule 14A and ownership reports on Schedules 13G and 13D, as well as ownership reports pursuant to Section 16), public company M&A, corporate governance and NYSE and Nasdaq compliance is required. The candidate must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills.
