MCCA and the ABA Commission on Women in the Legal Profession are working with Joan C. Williams, Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of California, Hastings and founding director of the Center for WorkLife Law, to conduct the survey, Understanding In-house and Law Firm Lawyers’ Workplace Experience.
This is a survey targeting ALL demographic groups and we are looking to hear from BOTH men and women of ALL racial and ethnic groups, differing sexual orientations and gender identities, and disabilities. Results from the survey will help develop best practices in the legal profession for improving organizations’ ability to tap and develop the talent of the legal workforce.
The information provided will be used for research only and will be kept strictly confidential. Individual results are combined with others’ responses, all identifying information will be eliminated. Neither you, nor your employer, will ever be identified for any reason.
