Brennan Center for Justice: Bernard and Anne Spitzer Fellowship
The Brennan Center seeks a mid-level or senior attorney, with a minimum of five years of experience in the legal, academic, governmental or nonprofit advocacy sectors, for a three-year Fellowship generously supported by the Bernard and Anne Spitzer Charitable Trust. Interested in becoming a TV legal analyst or legal talk show host? MCTV is hosting the Legal Digital Innovator Pitch contest at March 26th in D.C. where diverse lawyers can pitch a practice area tv talk show, podcast idea that MCTV can develop into a branded featured premier show on MCTV and be distributed trade organizations and decision makers in legal departments. Winner receives $1,000.

Minority Counselor TV Legal Digital Innovator Branding & Business Development Conference
Minority Counselor TV will host its Legal Digital Innovator Conference at Howard University, Washington, D.C. on March 27, 2017. The conference is a "thought leadership" branding, business, and professional development conference where attendees will learn to leverage legal digital media publishing and web TV broadcasting by media industry experts from ESPN, OWN, Essence and in-house counsel who believe diverse digital legal thought leadership matters and needs to be easily obtained.

Minority Counselor TV Angel Bootcamp
Minority Counselor TV will host its first annual Minority Counselor Angel Bootcamp hosted by NASDAQ and taught by Angel Lee, CLO of Columbia University Business School. Lee will teach the nuts and bolts of how to become an angel investor as a strategy to increase your business network and to invest in your next client. David Chun, CEO of Equilar, NASDAQ research company will speak on how NASDAQ corporate boards are looking for diverse leaders to serve on boards and how its partnership with MCTV will help to fill the void in the board pipeline.

American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law - A Capital View: Best Practices in Inside and Outside Construction Counseling
The Forum is coming to Washington, D.C. on April 20 – 22, 2017 for its Annual Meeting and CLE program entitled “A Capital View: Best Practices in Inside and Outside Construction Counseling” and is pleased to announce the availability of six (6) Diversity Scholarships for the cost of registration for this program to women and minority construction lawyers, construction lawyers with disabilities, and construction lawyers from the LGBT community.

NYC Bar Office for Diversity Associate Leadership Institute
The New York City Bar is now accepting nominations for the inaugural Associate Leadership Institute, a five-part series of high-level development training for 4th-8th year associates at signatory firms. The institute will include keynote speakers, intensive training modules, and networking opportunities. The program will run from April - July 2017, and will be held on Fridays at the City Bar.
