Now in its 11th year, the Creating Pathways to Diversity®
Conference has established a standard of delivering innovative,
informative, high-quality programming regarding the advancement
of diversity in the legal profession. The 2010 conference will
build upon its tradition of providing individuals with strategies
to progress diversity initiatives within and outside their
organizations, as well as tools to further their careers. It will
simultaneously continue to provide critical resources to employers
to help overcome challenges in creating a more diverse workforce.
Besides the substantial educational offerings, the 11th Annual
Creating Pathways to Diversity Conference will carry on with its
unmatched networking opportunities.
So, what is new? This year, we will provide you with even more
- with the addition of the Value Added track, you will walk away
with key insights into current diversity efforts and emerging
trends and still take home meaningful intangibles for yourself
and your organization.
