for the 9th Annual GCI Diversity Leadership Summit hosted by MCCA® Thursday, April 19, 2012 through Saturday, April 21, 2012.

The GCI will offer opportunities for guests to network in intimate, relaxed and fun settings, creating an atmosphere that fosters business development and relationship expansion. In addition to the educational offerings, recreational activities including the General Counsel Invitational charity golf tournament and the recreation/relaxation day which includes golf lessons and spa activities- have become a favorite among guests.
 
This event was created as the sole fundraiser for the MCCA Lloyd M. Johnson, Jr. Scholarship Program through which MCCA distributes over $160,000 in scholarships annually to outstanding students to pursue careers in law. These scholarships are available to diverse individuals who have overcome obstacles, are outstanding/promising scholars, come from underprivileged backgrounds, may be among the first in their family to graduate college, have an interest in law and maintain beliefs that are consistent with the MCCA mission and a commitment to diversity.
 
This event continually attracts participation from leading Fortune 500 companies and the top firms in the nation who serve them.  It is the perfect opportunity to support MCCA’s pipeline efforts while engaging in creative educational and networking programs.
