Key responsibilities include: drive the ongoing enhancement of the Group Insurance Compliance Program; assist with further development and enhancement of data and metrics; drive a monitoring, testing, and surveillance Group Insurance Compliance program; creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, workflows and documentation related to existing and new processes as a result of Federal Reserve supervision, working as a liaison across the compliance organization and between business and corporate center partners, Risk and Law in order to meet deliverables related to the Fed readiness efforts, documenting as-is and to-be processes; assist in preparation and delivery of ongoing training and communications to socialize process implementation; monitoring project tasks and plans with the project managers for action plans that result from process changes; prepare status reports for Business and Compliance Management.
