HTIU focuses on incident response, theft of intellectual property, malfeasance, identity theft, computer intrusion, and trespass and misuse of internal communication technologies.  In addition to supporting the greater Corporate Investigation mission, the Vice President will work closely with the Information Security Office, Chief Privacy Officer, regulatory and privacy counsel and IT Risk on cyber incident response.  The Vice President participates in the cyber incident response program, tests the effectiveness of the program and coordinates incident response across the enterprise.  The HTIU is referred cyber incident response investigations stemming from initial triage conducted by the Information Security Office.
