The ideal candidates will have two or more years of experience in litigation discovery strategy and management, including eDiscovery counseling, project management, data analytics including managing projects using TAR workflows, managing budgets and document review and production experience. Primary Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Eight (8) to eleven (11) years of transactional legal experience with big law firm or in-house with a tech company. In-house legal experience is preferred.
  • High volume commercial transactions experience with a software company of similar size and scale to VMware, including experience with licensing and/or services sales agreements.
