Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience in employment litigation, including running single-plaintiff cases, working on class-action lawsuits, briefing motions, handling discovery, depositions and oral arguments, and counseling clients with respect to employment issues. Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience practicing employment law, but candidates with general litigation experience will be considered if they demonstrate a strong and enthusiastic interest in learning employment law.

Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and strong organization, research, writing and analytical skills. Though we are part of a national practice, a strong commitment to working in Princeton, New Jersey is required. Description: Seeking a mid-level or senior associate (ideally from the class of 2013-2010) to join the dynamic and rapidly growing Private Credit practice at Proskauer in either the New York or Boston office. The Private Credit Group is a lender-side finance practice, and the first-in-kind to exclusively represent providers of private credit. The group represents top-tier clients in the industry including, Apollo, Bain, Carlyle, Goldman Sachs, KKR and Morgan Stanley. This dedicated team is widely recognized by their peers, and is Chambers ranked Band One. The group employs a unique staffing model to ensure an even distribution of work while providing substantial opportunities for growth, development and client interaction. Given the growth and scale of the practice, numerous opportunities exist for promotion, secondments and in-house placements.
